Dr. Peter M. Ferrara
From his early days as a dentist, Dr. Ferrara remains true to his philosophy ….to do what’s best for his patients, to “make it work” for each individual. Believing that earning a patient’s trust and respect is the cornerstone of a good professional relationship, Dr. Ferrara combines this core value with his 38 years of experience and proficiency in all phases of dental healthcare. With the support of a staff whose members share the same values, Dr. Ferrara offers preventive, restorative and cosmetic dental care and welcomes the opportunity to serve new patients of all ages.
On a personal note, Dr. Ferrara enjoys sharing family life with Chris and their four adult daughters, time with friends, especially on the golf course, indulging in his passion for art, and playing the guitar.

Dr. Margaret G. Ferrara
After graduating from NYU College of Dentistry with high honors, Dr. Ferrara was awarded a General Practice Residency (GPR) at the Manhattan Hospital for Veterans Affairs. Upon completion, she began working in private practice in both Manhattan and Connecticut.
The youngest of four daughters, Dr. Ferrara‘s interest in dentistry began during childhood, as she witnessed her father’s passion for the field through his work at his practice in Westport. She then decided to pursue dentistry, which encompasses her love of both science and artistry, and also her passion for helping others. She excelled both clinically and academically, having been inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) society for national dental honor at NYUCD, and completing a Senior Honors in Orofacial Pain and Temporomandibular disorders (TMD).
Dr. Ferrara is thrilled to have returned to Connecticut to work alongside her father and his amazing team in Shelton.
In her free time, Dr. Ferrara enjoys traveling, skiing, yoga, playing the piano, and spending time with her family and friends.

Darcey brings 25 years of experience to her role working at the front desk and chairside as a Dental Assistant. Darcey’s interest in dentistry make her a perfect fit for our office, and her gentle nature makes her a favorite with patients and her fellow team members. She enjoys the opportunity to help our patients with all their needs.
Chris Ferrara

Beginning with the support she offered early on as her husband began his freshman year at Georgetown University School of Dentistry, Chris has continued to work with Dr. Peter Ferrara throughout the years in dental office operations. With 38 years of experience, as well as a shared philosophy with Dr. Ferrara of treating both patients and employees with the utmost respect and consideration, she is happy to be part of the staff in the new practice in Shelton. Spending time with her family, a good book (and book club discussion!), and any opportunity to be outdoors are among her most favorite activities!
Christel Eye
RDH
Christel graduated from the University of Bridgeport with her Associates Degree in the Science of Dental Hygiene in 2011. She always ensures a pleasant and comfortable experience for her patients. While always staying on top of current trends, Christel makes her patients oral health her top priority. Her time at home is spent taking care of her two children and spending time with her husband.
